Refund policy

Purchases from Golf Club Brokers:


Online Purchases: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our items. Returns for online purchases are accepted within thirty (30) days for any reason. If your item is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, we will issue a refund for the full price of the item. Items not in their original condition will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. New condition apparel with tags removed will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. 

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged during shipment.

Returns must be shipped to: Golf Club Brokers LLC, 8014 Cumming Hwy, Suite 403-339, Canton, GA 30115.

In-store and Store Pickup Purchases: 

  • Must sign up with a full name and email address to be eligible to return an item. (Do not have to sign up for email list)
  • First seven days: Full refund to card. Cash will be refunded via check.
  • After seven days: Order will be refunded via Golf Club Brokers store credit.
  • Limit of ten returns per customer per year
  • Any returns over ten will receive a 15% restocking fee.
  • New items that have been used or packaging has been removed will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Non Returnable items: hats, gloves, balls, grips, shirts, shoes, bags, tees, covers.
  • Orders that received trade in credit: Trade in credit amount will be issued via store credit only.  Cash or card within the first seven days will be issued back to card or via check; after seven days full amount will be issued via Golf Club Brokers store credit
  • Condition of clubs will be verified by Golf Club Brokers before credits are issued.  All credits issued are at the discretion of Golf Club Brokers.
  • All items exchanged outside of the 30 day window will be given the current trade in value at the time of exchange.  Values can be found at golfclubbrokers.com
