Purchases from Golf Club Brokers:

Shipping Time

Your items will be shipped out the next business day after purchase. If you purchase a club before 12pm ET Monday through Friday, we will do our best to send it out the same day. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. We ship from our warehouse in Marble Hill, GA, so if you are on the West Coast it may take a day or two longer to receive your item. If you do not have your club after 5 business days, please contact us at info@golfclubbrokers.com so we can check with the shipping company to locate your package.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order on the day that the order is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.  

Shipping Methods

Domestic

All standard shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless to Hawaii or Alaska (USPS Priority Mail).

International (Outside the United States)

For all international orders, please purchase from our eBay store. 

Local Pickup

If you are a local buyer and would like to pick your item up, let us know after your purchase and we will arrange a pickup time, or use the local pickup option during checkout.

Shipping Charges

We cover the standard shipping charges on all orders over $100.00 to 48 U.S. States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) made through our website. All orders under $100.00 to 48 U.S. States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 for standard shipping. Hawaii and Alaska orders are charged $39.99 for standard shipping. 

Expedited shipping is available via UPS Ground 2nd Day Air for an additional charge of $39.99, or UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge of $79.99.

 

Shipping to Golf Club Brokers (Trade-In):

Golf Club Brokers pays for your shipping on quotes over $150. You will receive the complimentary pre-paid shipping label via e-mail after accepting your quote. If you have difficulty printing an address label, please contact us and we will work with you to solve any issues. If your quote is under $150 and you want to make your own label to ship the clubs, please be sure to include your quote number (Cxxxxx) on the outside of your box for identification purposes. Be sure to adequately package your item(s) to insure a safe arrival during transit. Use plenty of bubble wrap and a sturdy box for packing. Please include a copy of the packing slip with your signature inside the box (accessible when you accept a quote). When your package arrives at Golf Club Brokers, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours (excludes weekends and holidays).
